Join us for our 3rd Regular Meeting on Thursday, 6th July 2023 at Read Temple. We will tyle at 6.30pm.

We will be conducting a second degree for Bro Saulius. There will also be a special 7-course dinner (dome style) priced at RM75 per person.Tea will be served at the Bar from 5.30pm. Please RSVP by 30th June.

FESTIVE BOARD MENU FOR BALDWYN LOWICK LODGE REGULAR MEETING ON 6TH JULY 2023

We’ve lined up a 7-course menu to celebrate the evening (dome style) RM75 per head, making this another special night and we look forward to your presence. The proposed menu is as follows:

Mutton Rendang

A rich dish of mutton meat that has been slow cooked & braised in a coconut milk, seasoned with herb and spices mixture; until the liquids evaporate and the meat turns dark brown and tender, becoming caramelized and infused with rich flavours.

Ayam Masak Merah

A Malaysian dish made with chicken pieces that are doused in a rich, spicy, and creamy tomato sauce.

Udang Berempah

Spicy ripe shrimp cooked using local spices that will certainly leave a mesmerizing aroma & taste

Acar Timun & Nenas

Mixture of various vegetables, cucumber pickle & pineapple, makes this traditional dish a popular one, giving a refreshing taste to the rest of the dishes.

Nasi Minyak

Delicious rice dish with a rich buttery flavour infused with aromatic spices. Its name translates to “oil rice” and was once exclusively reserved for the Royalties.

Chicken Satay with Nasi Impit

Grilled chicken skewers flavoured with soy, lime, and ginger and served with a peanut dipping sauce, they taste succulent, a little spicy, and a little sweet complimented with cucumber, raw onion and nasi impit (compressed cooked rice).

Nyonya Kuih

Malaysia popular assorted sweet dessert or simply known as kuih Chilled Orange Cordial
